It all started from an idea during a hurricane deployment in New Orleans. Rob Brown and Kirk Belz had each spent several years as staff adjusters and both worked with Independent Adjusters in various capacities.  We believed we could build a company that provided a higher level of service, leadership and commitment to excellence than what we had experienced.
